Despite a warning from Chief Justice Willy Mutunga, leaders have continued to make remarks interpreted as hate speech.

Time has come when the Kenyan citizens don’t want to be associated with violent leaders. They have learnt from the 2007 election violence which resulted from hate speeches similar to those our leaders are making today.

Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko and the National Cohesion and Integration Commission should also wake and ensure that the laws are enforced.
