Kenya College of Accountancy (KCA) University has denied suspending one of its students for allegedly meeting Sonu leader Babu Owino.
The university was reacting to a letter that had gone viral on social media purporting that one John Lucas Nyangaresi had been suspended from the university. In a statement, KCA described the letter as malicious, adding that the said student does not exist in their records.
“The said student does not exist in our records, neither has such a person applied for registration in our university,” read part of the statement.
The alleged letter warned the suspended student of dire consequences including expulsion should he meet the student leader from University of Nairobi again.
