A senior cleric has criticised CORD leader Raila Odinga and Kenya National Union of Teachers boss Wilson Sossion over their calls for an audit of the 2016 KCSE results.
Anglican Church of Kenya Kapsabet Parish Bishop Paul Korir said the results were a true reflection of the students' academic abilities.
"The results have also exposed the rot in the education system in Kenya and we should all allow the Education CS to clean it up," Bishop Korir said.
Both Raila and Sossion have raised the alarm over what they have termed suspicious mass failures and called for an audit of the results.
