A sad mood engulfed Eldoret polytechnic after a third year student was found dead in his room.
The student, 20-year-old Jared Bett, reportedly died on the night of Friday under unclear circumstances.
Bett, who was to start his final Diploma in Business Administration examinations, was found dead by his roommate.
Fredrick Otieno Ogolla, his roomate, said he woke up early and left Bett behind as had not woken up. “We studied together before i retired to bed leaving him in the sudy room,” said Ogolla.
