Claim to fame
This lovely duo’s ‘Claim to Fame’ is the singing of songs in their sweet sirens voices. Unfortunately, it is very hard to remember any of the actual songs; just Choku’s ebony beauty, and the light mien of Rat-a-tat.
Past to present
We do not really know if this has anything to do with their names, but just when Choku’s career looks set to cruise, she chokes up. And we hear nary a squeak from her. The future
In the near future, Choku and Rat-a-Tat will be powerfully inspired. Not by the good word, or great song, but by the great comeback of the gals of the urban music industry. Wahu, Nikki, Tatu, who will, once again, cut a rhythmical swath in our loco ‘celeb’ world. Fired up by professional envy, the two ladies will drop singles the way our gava drops weekly scandals. And for the cretins and gits who think Choku n Rat-a-Tat don’t compliment each other, think Brick n Lace!
While Brick is hard like Rat-a-Tat, Lace is as gentle as a negligee like Choku is.
Because while Choku is ill, Rat-a-Tat is wicked. How shall we end this, deejay? Play a few lace lines wrapped around a brick : "Babe I luvd ya from the very start, Even tho me knew you’d break ma heart/ And I couldn’t resist the way you torched me, barb,
Waz I a fool to think I’d play nuthin’ but (numba) 2?" This star-scope’s for ya, Rat-a-rat, n Choku.
