A judicial service commission team Wednesday heard testimony from over a dozen witnesses on the altercation that occurred between deputy chief justice Nancy Barasa and a security guard at the village market. The witnesses included Rebecca Kerubo's husband, several colleagues and police officers. With the police recommending criminal charges against Barasa, attention has turned to the JSC's recommendations, set to be announced this Friday afternoon.
