Formula One billionaire investing more millions in Malindi

After investing millions in his beach front Lion in the Sun Resort and Spa exclusive Malindi attraction a year ago, Formula One billionaire Flavio Briatore is back to the Kenyan Indian Ocean tourism spot with a billion-dollar agenda.

The tycoon who has been touring the Kenyan coast in the company of top world beauties is now building a new resort, The Riviera Club, an exclusive billionaires’ affair holiday getaway spot at the Casuarina Point near the Lion in the Sun. It is rated in the list of luxurious group of the Clubs for the world’s richest.

Unconfirmed rmed reports have it that the new project involves former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi who accompanied Flavio during the December visit.

The new investment will cost Sh500 million and will have 24 exclusive apartments whose ownership will be by invitation only
