Chelsea have won the race for Ajax wonder kid Daishawn Redan with an image surfacing on the Dutch starlet’s social media holding a Blues shirt with his name and No.9 on the back.
Manchester United were strongly interested in the Dutch forward but the Premier League champions have won the race and will likely be officially unveiled later this week along with various other academy announcements.
Manchester City and RB Leipzig were also reportedly keen on the 16-year-old, who featured as high as the under-19s for the Eredivisie giants.
