Lucas Piazon's loan at Fulham from Chelsea extended

Lucas Piazon has extended his loan deal with Fulham until the end of the season.

The Chelsea starlet spent the first half of the campaign at the Cottage.

And now will remain for the rest of the season.

The Brazilian forward joined Chelsea from Sao Paulo in 2012 and he has since made three appearances in all competitions for the Blues.
