Nairobi, Kenya: A Nairobi court has issued temporary injunctions stopping the commencement of the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) on Saturday.
In a ruling delivered on Friday, Justice Mbogholi Msagha has restrained KPL from hosting, commencing, running, managing or in any other way conducting a parallel Premier League in Kenya for 14 days.
A hearing has been set for March 3, 2015 before any judge in the Civil Division.
