We have all known gospel star Esther Wahome since her Kuna Dawa hit days. She is one of the greatest gospel artistes in Kenya who have stood the test of time and who has been a mentor to many gospel singers. She has also won numerous awards and headlined many mega shows across the globe.
However, not so many people know about her cute actress daughter Michelle – who has been cutting her niche in the thespian world. The United States International University (USIU) student pursuing Journalism seems to be following her mother’s winning ways in a different way as she has already made her mind that acting is her life.
“I love acting and I have just been holding on to complete my studies at USIU before I go into acting fulltime. This is my final year and it is just a matter of time before I clear and kick off my acting career without turning back,” Michelle told Standard Entertainment and Lifestyle today.

“I am focusing on broadcast journalism and for sure, I would like to be a TV host, which is also my passion,” Michelle remarked.
Last month, her mum, Esther introduced her to the world as ‘the star’ in a post christened ‘First Born Challenge’. That was before she celebrated her on her 23rd birthday. “Happy Birthday to you my girl @michellewangondu,” Esther wrote.
“I am so so proud of this now all grown-up girl. She is immensely talented and has been patient and she learns the ropes in this entertainment arena. She is a good actress and I know in her heart that is one thing she wants to pursue,” Esther told Standard Entertainment and Lifestyle.
