They say everyone has a price and for the right price you can be bought.

Known for her trademark dreads, celebrated artist Fena has revealed that nothing can make her shave off her dreads unless it comes with dollar signs.

Promoting her new song ‘Ndigithia’ which premiered yesterday, the artist revealed during an interview with a local radio station that she had promised to keep her dreadlocks for twenty years but for Sh 300 million years she may change her mind and cut them off.

‘’I wanna keep them as along as am live and I have promised myself to keep them for twenty years because they are like my crown. Even after the twenty years, I think I will still keep them but If someone was to offer me three hundred million, then I would cut them.’’ She responded when asked about her mane.

Speaking about her new release she told a local tabloid that it was inspired by real life.

‘’It is about the real life, like do not mess with my life and what I am doing. Respect me and I will respect you, too….Like I have sang in my song, Miss me with that. I rarely give haters my time. There is someone who asked me why I am wearing a hat, adding that women should stick to their place. That really bothered me.’’ She said.

Fena who is currently doing a media tour to promote ‘Ndigithia’ revealed that it was her first attempt to direct a music video and by the look of it, she did a fena_menal job.
