In solidarity to get other women speaking up when abused by men, model Frida Mwongeli from the eminent Telkom ad has exposed hype man DNG.
This, as she said, is one of the incidents she has experienced in her starting career.
Mwongeli took to her Instagram page where she re-counted to her followers how DNG allegedly slid into her Instagram DM subtly at first.
He later made it clear to Mwongeli that he was really digging her vibes and that they should get together.
Being an industry underdog, she opted to keep the conversation going for the sake of connections and building acquaintances.
Her other reason for not buying into the meet up with him, she said “I kept seeing his posts na madame different. I had heard of his bad reputation and I was not going to be part of his shenanigans.”
When Mwongeli finally told him off after seeing his picture with another lady at an all-white party and commenting on it.
The hype man became abusive and even insulted the lady saying “Take your ugly ass for a makeover”.
After this expose, a number of ladies agreed to have gone through the same from such characters in the industry.
