Channel O award winning South African group Mafikizolo, will be in Nairobi next week. The celebrated kwaito group composed of Theo Kgosinkwe and Nhlanhla Nciza will perform during the Blankets and Wine event alongside Mi Casa and Sauti Sol.
The event is one of the most anticipated shows owing to the fact that the three groups have produced some of the biggest hits of 2013 — becoming popular across the continent.
With almost one million views on YouTube, Mi Casa’s new video Jika, has become of the biggest party songs in Africa. Khona, Mafikizolo’s hot track (featuring Uhuru) is arguably the hottest song in Africa with over a million views on YouTube since it was posted in April this year.
