A Kenyan, Galmo Mohamed Galgalo (pictured) aged 23 years has been arrested at Sololo-Makutano roadblock with hand grenades, tear gas and ammunition hidden in her handbag.
She was travelling from Moyale to Marsabit aboard a PSV bus.
Police erected an impromptu roadblock at the said location and inspected all vehicles and personnel plying that route.
Upon inspecting the handbags of the lady passenger, the police officers found an assortment of explosives.
