Rongo Member of Parliament Paul Abuor has confirmed that he is safe and out of danger following the grisly road accident on Saturday evening.
While speaking to a local news website, Abuor said him and other occupants, including driver and bodyguard, had gone through medical checkups that gave them a clean bill of health.
“Nobody was injured in the crash, I therefore want to tell all Rongo residents as well as friends and family that I am fine and there is no cause for alarm,” said the MP by a local news website.
At the time of the accident, the MP was heading to Nairobi from Rongo.
