Woman stabbed to death by her boyfriend Nyeri

A woman, 24, has been stabbed on her neck and killed by her alleged boyfriend in Nyaribo, Nyeri County.

The incidence which took place on Monday morning was a result of a confrontation between the two lovers after the man tracked down the woman.

It’s alleged that the two had separated a while ago and she was staying with a friend. The area police are on the search for the suspect who escaped after committing the offense.

In a related case in Nyeri, a man who stabbed his 30- year- old wife 17 times over the weekend has surrendered to police awaiting trial.

The incident which happened in Mathira left the woman fighting for a life after sustaining severe injuries.
