Controversial Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has again launched a scathing attack at another senior government officer.
Ci was on the receiving end of the latest MP's series of jeers at government officers.
Speaking during the National Super Alliance (NASA) mega rally in Mombasa yesterday, Babu Owino flung jibes at the no-nonsense CS comparing him to Nigeria's famous actor and comedian Mr. Ibu.
"Si mnamjua yule jamaa anaitwa Mr.Ibu, si anafanana na Matiangi? Mr. Ibu si ni wazimu kwa hizo movie zote, kwa hivyo pia ye ni wazimu." Said the former University of Nairobi student leader implying that the honorable CS is mad man just like the comedian actor.

Hon. Babu Owino further insisted that NASA shall continue with demonstrations despite Dr. Matiangi's ban on demos in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu CBDs, urging supporters to come out when they are called.
"We would rather die on our feet standing than die on our knees bending." He concluded.
Barely three weeks ago, Babu Owino was charged with uttering words calculated to excite disaffection against the Presidency and spent three nights in jail before being released on bail.
