An aspiring MP in Western Kenya has reached the end of the road.
He has run out of funds with a month to elections.
According to reports, the politician has run a foul with all the lending institutions on account of some loans he had taken to finance his campaigns but is now unable to service.
The last straw which as broken the camel's back, his friends say is when he issued a bouncing cheque to pay for a car he had bought on credit.
The car dealer was not amused and has since recovered his vehicle.
