Police officers are charged with the responsibility of maintaining law and order. But while doing that in Wagai, Siaya County, when NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga visited, Yala OCS found the going tough after he was thrown on the ground during a commotion.

Yesterday, supporters of Rarieda MP Eng. Gumbo and those of the Siaya County Governor Colonel Rasanga clashed forcing ODM party leader Raila Odinga to end his address prematurely.


The MP is seeking to unseat Governor Rasanga as an independent candidate after losing in the seat's controversial and highly contested ODM nominations.
