Police in Endebess are investigating allegations of an assault incident involving area MP Robert Pukose and his political rival Alwin Sasia.
Dr Pukose and Mr Sasia recently exchanged blows in public in Kimondo when they differed over distribution of Jubilee Party membership cards.
They allegedly went physical and paralysed the exercise. They are fighting to secure the JP ticket ahead of the August general elections.
"We have started investigations after the two politicians separately lodged complaints," Area OCPD Wilfred Mongare said. - Osinde Obare
