The county has earmarked Sh42.5 million to facilitate the processing and acquisition of title deeds for residents.
Part of the money, Sh2.5 million, will be used to set up a dispensary at Sibanga township in Cherangany sub-county.
Governor Patrick Khaemba on Thursday said the allocation will aid in settling debts owed by farmers, including land rates and surveyor fees, in order to empower farmers in the region.
Addressing residents of Hututu and Botwa in Cherangany sub-county, Mr Khaemba said his office was committed to ensure all farms in the region have title deeds.
Locals were told to visit lands offices to start processing the titles.
