A woman who allegedly severed her husband's manhood in Nyeri County has been charged in court.
Anne Njeri denied the charges before Chief Magistrate John Onyiego and was released on Sh20,000 bond, yesterday.
The charge read that Njeri on June 4, 2015, willfully and unlawfully assaulted Daniel King'ori, thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm at Kiamariki village.
Police say King'ori who is admitted at Nyeri Provincial general Hospital arrived home at dawn, drunk on the fateful day only to meet his wife's fury.
