Moyale, Kenya: One person died and several others injured on Saturday evening in Moyale after a vehicle they were traveling in overturned.
The vehicle overturned past Holale black spot near Oddah Primary about eight kilometres from the border town shortly after 4pm.
Odda Chief Adan Wario said more than 10 people were on board of the vehicle when the accident occurred.
Mr Wario confirmed one person died on the spot while other passengers sustained injuries during the 4pm accident. He said the injured were rushed to Hospital for treatment.
He added the vehicle was heading to Qonfole in Mandera when it veered off Moyale-Nairobi highway and overturned within Odda trading centre.

Mr Wario further said the body of the deceased was taken to Moyale District Hospital Mortuary.
