Kajiado, Kenya: A chief in Kajiado County has been sacked for allegedly forging school certificates to secure the job two years ago.
Mr Charles Parkinyaro Kirema who has been serving as a chief in Oloolotikosh location, Kitengela division has been handed a letter terminating his services on the grounds of integrity.
The Standard has established that the administrator was sacked vide a letter dated March 6.
The documents he had presented during his recruitment indicated he attained C plus in KCSE but upon verification by the examination council, it emerged that the papers were not genuine.

The letter has also recommended that the chief be investigated due to his questionable conduct and integrity.
Isinya Deputy County commissioner Mr Hassan Bule confirmed the sacking.
