A pilot escaped unhurt after a light aircraft crashed near Tatu City, Kiambu County.
Leon Juma is said to have crash-landed near Nova Pioneer School on Thursday evening after the plane developed mechanical problems.
Confirming the incident, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations Ruiru Sub County Justus Ombati said the plane developed technical problems and crash-landed five kilometres West of the station.
The Cessna plane registration number 5Y-CFT is said to have been en route from Naivasha to Tatu Airfield airstrip.
