Over 50 families are spending their nights in the cold after their homes were destroyed by mudslides.
The families were evacuated to Cherondo Primary School in Tinderet Constituency following heavy rains that also left a trail of destruction.
Area MP Julius Melly said about 400 people were affected.
“Fortunately, no lives were lost in the disaster that has also destroyed maize crops, tea bushes, bridges and roads,” he said.
