Nakuru, Kenya: A 19-year-old man accused of impersonating Prophet David Owuor of the ministry of Repentance and Holiness on Monday denied the charges before a Nakuru Court.
Kennedy Ochieng'a who last week fainted while being charged at a Nakuru Court was released on a Sh100, 000 bond after he denied the two counts.
Ochieng'a was charged with hacking the email account and running a fake Facebook page using Prophet Owuor's name and pictures to lure unsuspecting local and international church followers on social media to solicit funds.
Principal Magistrate James Mwaniki heard that Ochieng'a accessed the email of the complainant without authority on various dates between December 22 and December 27 last year.
During the previous appearance in court, Ochieng'a fainted soon after the court clerk began reading the details of the charges shocking other accused persons on the dock.

Ochieng'a, who was dressed in a black chamber, fell on other accused persons' at the dock, shortly halting the proceedings of the court.
Court was then forced to defer Ochieng'a's prosecution until Monday.
Ochieng'a was arrested two weeks ago in Kisumu and transferred to Nakuru where Prophet had reported the case.
Police arrested him after he allegedly requested for some 7,000 Euros equivalent to Sh700, 000 from an Argentinian 'follower' to support the upcoming end-year meeting in Nakuru.
Ochieng'a's alleged crime of impersonation was realized after the Argentinian follower called the church requesting to double the money for the event.
Hearing of the case will commence on March 3.
