Miley Cyrus fans have been left devastated after she pulled out of a concert in Kansas City on Tuesday night.
The 21-year-old star tweeted a picture of herself from hospital after suffering a severe allergic reaction to medicine.
A statement from the Sprint Center in Kansas where she was due to perform said the singer has suffered a 'severe allergic reaction' to antibiotics and ordered by doctors to take bed rest immediately.
Miley Tweeted: "Kansas I promise I’m as [heartbroken] as you are. I wanted so badly 2 b there 2night. Not being with you all makes me feel worse than I already do."

Alongside a picture of her in a hospital gown with a toy octopus covering her face, she wrote: "Mr. Octopussy & some amazing Drs are taking good care of me."
Fans have taken to Twitter to express their disappointment that the concert was cancelled.
A fan later wrote: "I was so happy I was gonna see MIley live for the first time, I'm torn but your health is more important!"
The singer, who recently gave away her new puppy Moonie, replied: "Trust me. I hate & I hate hospitals. & I hate needles. & I hate lying in a bed bored AF. & I hate feeling."
"Hospital TV is waccccckkkkkkkk. Mizzzzzzzzzeraaaaableeeeee," she said.
Miley first revealed she was not feeling well on Monday, tweeting: "I woke up like disssss #SICK Fever fever go away (sic)."
News of her medical scare comes after she was devastated by the sudden death of her dog, Floyd, on April 1 and admitted she was "emotionally and physically exhausted."
She also cancelled another show in Charlotte, North Carolina last week when she came down with the flu.
