Joe Hart is expected to undergo a medical at West Ham within the next 48 hours, ahead of a season-long loan deal.
England keeper Hart is finally set to end his Manchester City nightmare after being exiled by manager Pep Guardiola since shortly after the Spaniard arrived last summer.
