NAIROBI, KENYA: Police are looking for a gang that raided a shop along River Road and robbed the shop managers of Sh400,000.
Members of the gang had posed as customers who wanted to buy clothes when two of them produced a gun and demanded cash.
The gang did not shoot or injure anyone.
"They grabbed the money and walked out without shooting or injuring anyone," said a witness. Police say a hunt is on for the gang, which is believed to be part of a notorious network that officers have been working to dismantle.
"Cases of walk-in robberies have been on the decline in the past few months in the city due to increased patrols," said Nairobi police boss Japheth Koome.
