National Assembly Speaker Kenneth Marende has lauded reforms in the Public Service.
Mr Marende praised Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Public Service Minister Dalmas Otieno for streamlining service delivery.

In a speech read on his behalf by his deputy Farrah Maalim at the ongoing Public Service Week at KICC, Nairobi, on Wednesday, Marende said the sector had embraced modernity.
