The Kenya National Examinations Council (Knec) is yet to release English paper results for 96 pupils of Busara Forest View Academy.
The Education Ministry too has not considered them for admission to secondary schools, their parents told the High Court, on Tuesday.
They asked that the Council and Minister Sam Ongeri be ordered to file an affidavit in court and state whether they would comply with the orders issued last Friday by Nairobi Judge Roselyn Nambuye.
The decision to cancel the results was communicated to the school in a letter dated December 22, last year. The council claimed the candidates had colluded in answering a question in the English paper.

The parents and the school administration filed an urgent application last week through lawyer Kibe Mungai seeking permission to sue the Knec.
They asked that vacancies be reserved for them in national and seven provincial schools in Central Province pending determination of the suit.
Justice Nambuye allowed the parents to file the suit. Mr Mungai filed the substantive suit on Monday.
On Tuesday, he told another Judge Benjamin Kubo that the order was served on the Council and the minister on Friday.
"The parents want to know if their children will go to school if they are cleared of the cheating allegations," he said.
But Knec lawyer MW Kiarie said the institution was ready to comply with directives of the court only that they became aware of the order on Tuesday morning.
She said, however, that she needed to consult her clients before proceeding with the case.
Justice Kubo described the Knec claims as ignorant and directed that the case be mentioned tomorrow before another court.
