Producer, DJ and radio presenter Jack Rooster launched his album on Saturday at the Alchemist. The album, titled Nyumba, features the Decimators, Kevin Grands, Terriane Iraki and Nuru. The electrifying event featured performances from Nyumba artists and Afro social DJs Vidza and Suraj. Speaking to the Pulse on the first album of its kind, Jack said that Musyoka was really the MVP on this project and was happy with the support he got at Decimal Records.Jack RoosterHowever, the simmering tiff between Musyoka and the Sailors on Wamlambez beef was a talking point and he went ahead and addressed it “Anyone that thinks we stole from anyone doesn’t know music. Music is influenced by the society heavily and so I feel that whatever is happening now is right and many more should write their own versions and thus why I also asked guys to do remixes to my version,” he said.
