Party Secretary General Godfrey Osotsi has emphasised the exercise will be free, fair and credible.
He said only those in the party membership register would be allowed to vote.
An aspirant eyeing the Butula parliamentary seat Mary Makokha recorded a statement at Bumala Police Station over claims that her competitor planned to ferry voters from outside the constituency.
