In life we are often hit by events that send us parking as we wonder what would be our fate. Many will eventually resort to denial and other defensive mechanism to justify their state.
One of the important points to note is that the challenge or a stumbling block that stands between you and success should serve as a motivating tool rather than a disappointing one. He will, on many occasions, fail to achieve what his instructors want but with time he will learn from his failures and stand out to be the best.

First attempt
Even a future aspiring footballer cannot on his first day in the pitch play a classical game with good moves and score memorable goals. He will begin from scratches in the streets and later he will be a celebrated football icon. Keep on trying because even Rome was not built in one day.
Realistic
You must begin small. It is wrong to set goals when in real sense those goals are unrealistic. Take for instance a young journalist who hopes on his early days in media industry to be accorded several awards. Success is a collection of many small accomplishments.
Competition
Comparing yourself with others may negatively impact on your success. Maybe you’re in the business to outdo your competitors. Unfortunately, when your competitors win with a landslide you will be painfully accepting defeat. In fact, working together with your competitor may help you in achieving your goals. Through your interaction with them you will learn many things and ideas which when you embrace them then expect a master piece.
Passion
Among all things passion comes first. You can spend hours, days, months and years but when there is no passion, forget it. How many people have established businesses but fail terribly after a month or so? Passion will take you places in your area of interest. Don’t commit a mistake of doing something courtesy of your friends. Passion will enable you to look for all the necessities in your area of profession, identify challenges and the way out.
