Sauti Sol singer Savara Mudigi is not only singing but also living the title of their latest album Live and Die in Africa.
He made this evident recently when he went ballistsic on a fan on American rappper Snoop Dogg's instagram pager. Savara was responding to a random fan @andrefwc over his racist comments where he told a semi-nude Snoop Dogg that he looked 'like a hungry African man'.
Savara then went ahead to call him unprintable insults: "@andrewfwc go s**k a d**k you rude b*st*rd racist b**ch . Come to Africa and see what's here before you open your stupid mouth you c**t."
The fan then retaliated claiming that he has African family too.
Speaking to Heads Up, Savara revealed that despite his celeb status, he would fight for the African continent if need be.
"I just can't stand the mediocrity. I'd rather be hated for what I believe in that keep quiet when my Africa is being trashed," he said.
This comes hardly a month since a band mate, Bien Aime launched a scathing online attack on a blogger who he felt disrespected one of the group members.
He called the author a "stupid journalist... from the bottom of the pyramid of the profession"
