Kanye West has had a dramatic year. From his epic proposal to Kim Kardashian to telling Obama to stop talking about Kim, his name has been on everyone’s lips.
Now, the rapper seems to have added another feather into his hat of controversies after news emerged that he was being sued for wrongfully using a sample in his latest song, ‘Bound 2’.
Ricky Spicer, whose twelve-year-old vocals Kanye West sampled in "Bound 2," is suing West, alleging that he never gave permission for his vocals to be used in the song. In addition to suing West, he is also suing Roc-A-Fella Records, Island Def-Jam Music, Rhino Entertainment, and Universal Music Group.
