Eldoret North MP William Ruto and Mogotio legislator Hellen Sambili have been dropped from cabinet in a mini reshuffle on Wednesday.

Eldoret East MP Prof Margaret Kamar takes over Ruto’s former post of Minister for Higher Education, Science and Technology.
President Kibaki in consultation with Prime Minister Raila Odinga also appointed Nominated MP Musa Sirma to the post of Minister for East Africa Community.
Moses Wetang’ula who is Sirisia MP has been recalled to resume his post as Minister for Foreign Affairs.
Other appointments include positions for assistant ministers.
Dan Mwazo has been appointed assistant minister in the Ministry of Livestock Development, Mohamed Gabbaw (Special Programmes), Manson Nyamweya (Trade) and William Murgor (Environment and Mineral Resources).
