Calary Bernard and Thomas Junior won episode six of Guinness Football Challenge to go home with Sh50, 000.

A great combination of a freelance journalist and a comedian saw the green team sail with confidence to the finals to emerge winners of what had appeared as a game for the black team.

Apart from the cheque, the two youths from Kisumu also went home with limited editions of Guinness soccer balls signed by Mathare United player Anthony Kimani. This was a great moment for yet another winner, Albernas Muthwii Kitivo, who was announced the sixth millionaire of One Million Shillings consumer promotion by Guinness.

An upcoming comedian with Lakny’iero theatre group in Kisumu, Bernard thrilled the audience at the show with his witty antics that worked well with the brawn challenge he was tackling. Skills from his teammate, Junior, earned them a berth in the finals.

Junior, who seemed to have good knowledge of football, trounced opposing black team in the finals by answering all questions about celebrity guest Kimani popularly known as ‘Kimodo’.
