Rapper Nyashinski, real name Nyamari Ongegu and his wife Zia Bett have reportedly welcomed their first child together.
The new father sparked speculation on the matter after posting a subtly mysterious Tweet that announced the good news.
“Thank you God for the most precious gift,” wrote the musician, coupled with heart emojis and one of a baby, presumably representing the child.
His glad tidings were posted not only on Twitter, but Instagram as well.
Further confirming the speculation was the string of congratulatory messages from well-known persons in the entertainment industry.
“Congratulations,” wrote musician Patricia Kihoro. “Awww, congratulations hun,” wrote media personality Anita Nderu.
The Tweet by the celebrated artiste sent fans into a frenzy and well-wishers flooding him with congratulatory messages.

“Congratulations ex-crush. I wish you the very best. Be the best dad,” wrote Ruth Ogolla. “Congratulations bro, finally a happy daddy,” wrote Chebet Purity.
“Boy or girl? Congratulations nevertheless,” wrote Christine Njogu.
While Nyashinski has not added information to the good news, his wife Zia has continued to remain mum. Her social media accounts have shown no signs of pregnancy, with the fashion designer opting to post throwback snaps and promotional business content in the recent past.
A few months back, when she would be reportedly heavily expectant, the beauty took Instagram to post an older picture of herself enjoying a glass of wine, steering rumour- mongers away from the pregnancy reports with the casual upload.
“Bet you can hear my laugh from here. Yes I know that’s not the right glass for the wine but we move, #tbt,” she captioned the playful snap.
The fashion collection owner recently took to the popular social networking app to celebrate the opening of the first location of her store, Zia Collection.
“A dream. Excited to share this step in our journey with you. After 6 years in business, Zia Collection has finally opened its first location. Pass by Soko Safi Mall opposite Applewood Adam’s Arcade, shop B7 and grab you a dress or five,” wrote the entrepreneurial lady.

The couple has been the subject of speculation regarding the latest addition to the family, with parody accounts announcing the news before it was official and others reporting spotting the malaika singer’s wife heavily pregnant recently.
In late 2019, Nyashinski and Zia held a private traditional wedding ceremony in Rift Valley, Nandi attended by family and close friends, including notable stars.
The long term lovers reportedly prefer to keep their personal lives away from the limelight and are known to maintain their relationship and family life under wraps.
