Fashion? Junior Nyong'o steps out in a dress

Lupita Nyong'o's brother, Junior Nyong'o, was over the weekend the centre of attention at the Blankets and Wines festival over his dress code.

Junior left some revellers awed after attending the festival at Ngong Race Course wearing a dress accompanied by his girlfriend, soul singer Wanja Wohoro.

Lupita’s brother is also an actor and an artist and uses different ways to express himself especially on social media.

His photos online have sometimes rubbed some Kenyans the wrong way with some arguing that they carry a heavy feminine touch.

He has been on the spot before for posting half-naked photos with flowers pinned onto his hair but has always seemed unbothered by the naysayers.

Former Machachari actor, Ian Nene, also known as Almasi also expresses himself in similar ways. The young actor who travelled abroad to study has been attacked by Kenyans on social media several times for posing in a skirt. 

Former Harambee stars striker Dennis Oliech made headlines in 2012 after he cross dressed at that year’s festival.
