Kenyan gospel singer Kambua has exposed a man who allegedly sent her a ‘disturbing’ message.

According to the sassy Tv personality, a man identified only as Vik confidently asked the musician to be his sponsor.

“Be my sponsor, I am Vik from Langata,” wrote the mysterious man who also left his contacts just in case Kambua would respond.

The proposal did not settle well with the Bado Nasimama hitmaker who took the opportunity to issue a warning to others with similar habits.

“Don’t send me this nonsense!” She posted alongside a screenshot of the message in question.

Earlier this year, fiery ODM Member of Parliament Millie Odhiambo was stunned when another admirer complimented her on her looks and requested her to be his boyfriend.

“I have seen how beautiful you are and I want you to be my girlfriend,” he said.

Odhiambo said she was taken aback to learn that a young man the age of her grandchild could gather guts to say such things.

Other celebrities like Akothee and Julie Gichuru have also suffered the same fate, with some men camping on their pages asking for some of the most awkward favours ever.
