‘Chaguo la Moyo’ hit maker Otile Brown is a marked man and he is fearing for his life if his recent post is anything to go by.

In the long post on Instagram, Otile revealed that a person identified as Bad Man Shivo, his alias, has called out an unidentified individual who tried to scam his manager. And now he is being threatened.

Otile went on to explain how local artists are treated poorly by promoters and event organizers who expect more but give little.

‘’They say niko na kichwa ngumu na Maringo/Madharau coz am so strict when it comes to my job and now someone is threatening me coz my manager hanged up on him after his team tried to pull a stunt on us being so unprofessional brah get over your feelings and bring it on , I don’t care brah , I work so hard you are going to respect my grind .. ARTISTS just wake up . We don’t need them , we both need each other . We work so hard maze !!! ’’ He wrote.

A contentious issue, Kenyan artists have been for the longest time complained about low pay and being sidelined by international artists.

‘’Kenyan artists have to be respected. If some artists choose to be paid peanuts and be treated like nothing in the name of “we’ll give you more gigs “ Ni sawa but wen it comes to me bruh! you’ll respect me..’’ He posted.

The artist who is about to release his new song has not confirmed whether he has reported the matter to the police.
