One governor has proved that he can do very well as a blogger. His thoughts after a weekend getaway on the newly launched SGR’s Madaraka Express have sent tongues wagging. Like the real people’s watchdog, the governor took time to study his surroundings, noting the good and the ugly.
But one question troubling grapevine and a host of other readers is, how did His Excellency know the state of the ladies’ washrooms at the terminus? His description of the facility having excess water whereas other taps remained dry and the stench in the cubicles have left little doubt that he must have visited the ladies’ washrooms, or did he?
