Royal family of reggae, Morgan Heritage, are in town for what they term “an unforgettable” experience.

The band through, lead singer Peetah Morgan, confessed they really had a great time when they were in Kenya in 2012.

“I remember driving down for seven hours to Kisumu where we ate very nice fish which just tasted like what we eat in Jamaica. We were really privileged to have experienced Africa by road,” Peetah told Heads Up.

Although they may not travel down to Kisumu again, their host, Big Kev (Kevin Ombajo) of Tru Blaq Entertainment will ensure they eat samak!

“They will be having lunch at Kosewe where hopefully they can enjoy more African delicacies. They will also pass by Java along Mama Ngina Street and finally pay a courtesy call to Governor Evans Kidero’s office,” Big Kev said.

This time, the band is not accompanied by their only female singer, Una Morgan, who is attending to personal family matters. However, Gramps Morgan’s son, Jemere Morgan, who has a solo career, will also be performing.
