A police car that was reportedly stolen at Shauri Moyo station has been found in Mwingi.
According to Flying Squad boss Musa Yego, the Land Cruiser (Reg. No GKA 024V) is currently being taken to Nairobi Area police headquarters.
An Administration Police officer has since been arrested.
The vehicle was reported missing on Tuesday, December 3, by Corporal Cyrus Nyandago who had parked it at the Security of Government Buildings Police Line, Shauri Moyo.
It had been at the premise for almost two months but vanished in unclear circumstances.

Investigations are still ongoing as police look to zero in on the suspects.
