The body of a female student from Michuki Technical Institute who went missing after an outing on Saturday has been found.
Linet Wanjiku, 18, is said to have fallen into Mathioya River on Saturday.
She was reported missing on Sunday night when her friends could not find her in the students' hostel.
A friend who had accompanied her said she slipped into the river while taking photographs on her mobile phone.
Ms Wanjiku's body was found on the river bank yesterday morning.
