Expect prolonged power outages today if you live in these counties

Kenya Power has announced that there will be scheduled power outages in several regions of the country.

This is in order to allow for routine maintenance checks.

These are the areas that are scheduled for interruption:

WESTERN REGION: Kakamega County – 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Bukhakhunga, Matsuma, Sawawa, Mayuge, imbiakalo, Lukume, Bushiri, Nambacha, Navakholo, Lurambi, Malaha, Shikanga, Lutaso, Ingotse, Lwatigu, Shikoti, Luanda, Kaunda and adjacent customers.

NORTH RIFT REGION

KOSACHEI – 8.30 am to 12.30 am.

Sugoi Girls, Sahara Millers Factory, Sugoi Dispensary, Yegen Farm, Kosachei High School, Kosachei Market, Elgon Estate, Ndalat Girls, Chepkemel Dispensary and Market, Kaptukuk, Kaptukuk Centre, Kwanza Market, Kamaglass Market and adjacent customers.
