Gatundu South Member of Parliament (MP) Moses Kuria has said that the Jubilee Party will begin disciplinary proceedings against Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja for rescuing Mathare MP Anthony Oluoch, who was involved in an altercation with Jubilee MPs.
“I hear Senator
Sakaja saved Anthony Oluoh from fellow NRM thugs. Our party will institute
disciplinary proceedings against Sen Sakaja for interfering with the affairs of
a terrorist organization," Moses Kuria posted on his Facebook page.
NASA and Jubilee legislators almost fought at Panafric hotel in Nairboi after Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen claimed that he had paid refreshment bills for the opposition leaders.
The Mathare MP stormed the Jubilee press conference saying that Kipchumba Murkomen had disrespected National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga. It took the efforts of Johnson Sakaja to keep the NASA MP’s and the after Elgeyo Marakwet Senator from fighting.
Kipchumba Murkomen statement stirred a lot reactions on social media with most Kenyans telling him that he had lost respect.
